I will like to ask all the webmaster that visit Protect-x.com how they fill and honesty! please replaid as to how you are treated in regards to your sponcers and or affiliates.

1. As you promote and affiliate do you really get all the help you need?

2. Do they provide the tools you need to promote them?

3. Do they re-plaid via ICQ or any other Aim Program ?

4. Do you get paid ?

5. What is the Longest time you have Promoted a Sponcer ?

6. This will problably be a long answer to make but please take your time! = What will you like to see and hope that can be done in order to target some special sponcers!..?

I will give my own answer and make a page to show webmasters as same to sponcers and affiliate a good basic way to help each other and for the long run. ..

1. I get all the help I need

3. Affiliate managers / support replies via ICQ

5. Longest time i promoted is like 2 years

1. Usually I get the help I need from most sponsors. Some are better than others of coarse.

2. Most provide the tools I need to promote them. I do promote a couple that don't provide much so I have to make my own promotional material such as galleries and banners.

3. Most are pretty responsive to support via ICQ, but I do have one sponsor that does not even use ICQ at all but is very responsive via email.

4. I have always been paid mostly on time with the exception of one sponsor that went out of business and then sold off to another company and owed me around 1k that I never got paid.

5. I think the longest time promoting a sponsor is over 4 years. I am still currently promoting this sponsor. I have several others that I have been promoting for around 3 years or so.

6. Of coarse there are many things that I would like to see from all sponsors. Here are a few of them. I would like to see better and more regularly updated promotional materials as far as banners and larger ads. I would like to see all sponsors have new FHGs every week for every site. I would like to see all sponsors put dates on their FHGs in the webmasters area or control panel. This makes it easier to tell what I have already used. I would like to see some loyalty bonuses for webmasters based on how long we have been promoting the program. Most run these bonus payouts to get new webmasters, but they should be rewarding the webmasters that have been with them for a period of time.

this is really Help full and intersting!

the are several sponcers that i affiliate with that are getting slugish like hell!

there are several sponcers that i am pormoting i like to ask why the sales they make get credited back as a refund and i dont get paid,

there are several sponcers that just dont have a clue as to what will be the most profitable and easy was to help webmasters promote their sites and not for a short time but for a long run.

this is just a small example!..

i get everything i need and want, somaethimes even more and it is getting a little bit noisy. But a little more tech help would be great

not all the time, sometimes those who have great content don't have corresponding tools and vice versa

i like to see more RSS feeds, RSS parsers and self-updated content for some sponsors that have no such tools

Why would you target sponsors? I would target surfers

Yes... but not always within the time frame I need (different priorities). If I'm making money with the sponsor, I adjust and provide my own support.

2. Do they provide the tools you need to promote them?

Define tools. The only real tool I demand from a sponsor is transaction processing, and that has to be 100% accurate (and I verify every sponsor via test signups).

3. Do they re-plaid via ICQ or any other Aim Program ?

Some do, some don't... I don't care (but I have real names to go with ICQ and phone numbers and valid email addresses for ALL of my sponsor's reps). If I have a Q, I expect a response in 2 business days maximum.

4. Do you get paid ? So far (9 years), the only sponsor to burn me has been XBiz (and DMR/Web800 - but they were a processor, and as I learned a valuable lesson about member DBs, I wrote that one off to my bad as a very important and expensive lesson learned).

5. What is the Longest time you have Promoted a Sponcer ?

8+ years (NTL Internet, AKA Video Secrets)

6. What will you like to see and hope that can be done in order to target some special sponcers!..?

The only thing I expect (demand) from my sponsors is that they convert my traffic to sales, i.e. they process the transaction... and pay me as agreed. Only sponsor I've ever let slide was rjbtelecom (MaxCash) and they had legal issues outside their control (IIRC it was FCC/customer billing related), but I did eventually get full payment, plus a pretty good loyalty bonus. I no longer promote them, but have no issues with them either.

@ Max - Re your RSS feeds Q - Not sure exactly what you're looking for, but if your sponsor has good FHGs that convert well for you but currently doesn't provide RSS feeds to promote them, take a look at a program called Gallery Scraper from http://www.cheapestadultscripts.com/.

@ vendzilla - From the way the questions are phrased, probably looking for our input to build a webmaster resource. As such, think we all know that some affiliates get more support than others... Nothing sinister, just sponsors and affiliate reps are like anyone else and follow the money, so are likely to be more responsive to requests from their affiliates that produce sales and/or have some track record with them.

Well this is Excellent! Except for one person that apperently did not know i was not taking about comusthumbs = Venzilla!..

With all you respect Ven i am not taking about Comusthumbs scripts.

Even do i used comusthumbs on most of my sites ,, I have and Excellent Experience and Support thanks to you Guys!,,

I am talking in General about sponcer and webmaster that provide content to promote their programs and their type of support..

I can Honestly Say even do i have paid for several scripts and Never paid for any Comusthumbs Script I have the Best Experience Over all Thank to YOU GUYS!..

Well the Good news is that some Affiliates are Starting to Pay Attencion! Not so much in Time but at least They are Paying Attencion..

I also send this icq to several of the promoters/Affiliates and they started to send the hosted galleries e-mails , Confimations of Sales and Payment Posted , New Welcoming E-mails!...

With All Due Respect to all But some Times We have to Speak in Order to be Heard!...

But You Know who you are Just Making Promisses and Taking For Ever to Get your program working lest say 1 Year ,, Niche???? , for example .

And there are Several Companies to be Name Soon!..
