epass just another processor to operate your funds online. But obviously they have no such security functions like famous CC systems though they do have good functionality.
The only question left for me: in what bank they keep client accounts?

What I find ironic is that an article is forwarded where the conclusion of the writer is that after learning that epassporte is a staple for the *porn* industry, makes the statement , (I though I was dealing with an upstanding company. I was wrong. These people are scum).

Look, I like the fact they have a head office in another Country, and yes I do pay taxes but you know I just think it is my and my government business what I make, and their head office there suits me just fine.

Over all, once I got through the 2 damn months of getting an account setup, frustrating in itself, it works just fine. People send me money, I go to bank machine, money comes out, I pay a small fee. Anyone who plans to using this to pay their bills and get groceries over their mainstream visa, I think is missing the point of this card.

And come on, of course their restrictions are tight. They chose to serve an industry that basically many people are scum in. And those scum are, and yes that includes me, known for stealing bandwidth, images, hacking sites, changing links, and numerous other things, because obviously their morals are not all that good compared to many others in society. So a complaint that their card was used for a $500 purchase and possibly lie about it, is more likely than in many circumstances.

And knowing that basically we most likely have scum servicing scum, do you think that I will keep say $5000 there laying on the table. Hell I would not go into a bar and put $5000 on the table, I sure will not leave it in Epassporte.

I agree with you , the epassporte help me take my money fast from sponsor without tax and other bullshit !

But they all time create new rules , like : limit accounts , close account with 5000$ and other with 300$ and they ask me for scan id and other docs but its was affiliate account ( not personal) and money was received just from affiliate program. they limit account's to send money from personal to personal from biz to personal and e.t.c.

But all this not help them in their anti-fraud war.

They need froze new account with credit card loads and don't play with us ! Just froze any new acc ask for docs of credit card owner and scan of credit card and they can resolve fraud problem , and not froze all accounts in system .

I agree, they are not very clear in communication, and I think that part of it has to do with language communication issues, especially in dealing with a global marketplace. I even experience this when calling the United States sometimes, I know no Spanish and people helping me have accents I cannot understand, which again, it could be my English not theirs, I am English but lets say our area has it's own accent.

I think they are sending a message, if you do any behavior that resembles money laundering, or that you are trying to be illegal in any way, we need to know who you are in case George Bush comes knocking on my door asking about you. Other than that, we will take your money while you do those things, as long as you do not get caught. It is that simple.

So personally, the first thing I did was send in my papers, besides, with their communication and language skills it would take a few years for the authorities to get the paperwork back out of the system. When I get to the stage of having $5000 held without question, hell even making $5000, well I might be paying the $25 for a money order. Lets not be too much of a cheap skate here.

changing company ToS every certain period of time without prior announcement will not give epassporte any credit. Good reputable companies think over their conditions (no matter what they apply to: company basics or customer support) in advance to let their customers rely on and get certain service quality. Even when particular service change takes place, any sekf-respectful company make their best to announce and notify clients about it. Besides, announcement never harms fraud and scum fighting but only helps by clearing all misunderstandings.
I don't take this thread as epassporte accusation, for me it is an effort to make their service better, maybe turn their officials to service lacks and problems, maybe find new ways to solve or smooth it at least.
