I have two sites under the same domain, a tgp and a directory.

http://www.we-rate.com/

The button in the TGP works fine, but in the directory it says "Free anticheat.." instead of "Unverified".

The only thing i can think of is that the directory inclusion is done through templates.

Most likely script instance that been included thru templates are executed on page generation while it has to be parsed and executed on page loading. Check the sequence of page building and parsing and you'll find the stage where you need to add include code.
