I am hoping for a little advice / pointing in the right direction

I am looking at building up some link exchanges and possibly some traffic exchanges for my web site www.livewebcams-girls.com.
I am not too sure exactly what i am doing here as i am learning as i go on, so you advice or comments would be great (and if i can help you too please ask.

I have added in a few linking scripts to my web site (Linkex and Proton for a toplist)
I have of course joined Protect-x nd am trying to follow what is advised (although i may be confused at times).

Of course my main objective it to gain good visitors and to pass on some visitors to them tht help me, etc.

From what can be seen on our (first) web site, does it look like we are doing this "link trading" right so far, and any advise on our "next steps"

If anyone wants to add their links to my site please feel free.
I am an honest trader and will keep links to those that link back to me, etc, we are also very much planning on expanding what we are doing here over many other websites. At pressent we have around 1000 unique per day, but i do not rate the quality yet as we are buying 85% of these visitors from a possibly bad site (i am going to change this to buy form traffic holder over the next few days and will hopefully gain better visitors)

Realy any advice, even critisisum is very much welcomed!!

The site looks good and You have Your trade script and link exchange set up correctly. I've purchased worthless cheap traffic before and got a much better click through ratio with Traffic Holder. I would recommend You purchase traffic from a niche site that mimics Your own site (IE: Teen or Webcams) Good luck with Your site...

Thanks bobsxxxmovies i think i am going to try traffic holder as soon as the other stops sending me the bad visititors (or more hits than real visitors). If this makes no difference i think ill have to look at my site.

Feel free to add your links to the toplist on the right (i dont realy know how this works yet, or if it does or why, etc. but still feel free).

I am becomming a bit of a forum junkie in my quest for a "degree in Adult sites" hehe.
Thanks for reminding me of the 1440 or over issue, it has been said before but i forgot due to using 1024.

Any other advice on how these "toplists" / "proton-cj script" gets u good traffic and also what i would need to do in order to "take part" etc, is very welcomed.

also you can try TrafficAdept as your traffic brocker. Traffic-out is also a good one.
I prefer to use ePowerTrader or Smart Traffic Trader because of good functionality and better performing.
