Incorrect secure code!

Everytime I try to add a new site I keep getting "Incorrect secure code!" at the top of the page. I thought it may be my browser (Avant Browser) but when I switched to Internet Explorer I got the same thing. I tried turning off my firewall and that didn't help either. I signed up to the service from my office and added two of my sites with no problem but here at home I can't. I know it is something on this box but I can't figure it out. I am using the new tabbed version of IE here at home if that helps.

Do you use proxy at home?
Is it always the same number displays?
Maybe secure code cached by software and displays the same every time.

I am using Norton Internet Security. I'm not sure if it uses a proxy or not. The secure code shows differently every time.
I have run into this problem since I posted on other sites that use the same type verification. I can't for the life of me figure it out. Confused

Try to quit Norton Internet Security and add new site. Maybe this software is preventing the correct code verification.

I tried that with no success. I restarted my browser session with the program disabled, but I still got the same results. I'm at a loss on this one. Any more suggestions?
