How will you send traffic to a trade partner? I looked, but couldn't find any indication of a trade script in use on your site... And so far I haven't run into a trade script that can process click data for gallery plugins. That set up might work for search result generated web traffic (might just be a new web site but a Google PR 0 and Alexa rank of 5,623,750 says it has problems there too). Maybe a link dump or no skim TGP, but it's not very attractive for either a CJ or traffic trade site. You could probably get quite a bit of traffic going to/from your site if you installed and enabled a trade script plus hosted your own thumbs. While I could easily find your link to trade traffic, I didn't see any indication a trade script was actually used anywhere. (All I really saw was an form to email harvester sending it's output to a gmail address).
How about a toplist generated by your trade script? All I found were some hard links to other domains and affiliate programs, nothing that would tell me who you currently trade with. Most traders require a visible top list on your thumbs page... no visible top list and few will take the time to go further. As of now it's a very nice link dump, but since I have several of my own I'd rather dump my traffic on my own network... and keep any/all conversions it produced.
Lastly, the protect-x script SSI code is on the domain default page and trade signup page, but I don't think you've set your server to read .html/.htm pages for the SSI. You need to enable the X-Bit hack to read .html/.htm pages or use .shtml/.shtm extensions. Ask your host what's required/best for your O/S and server configuration.
Don't mean for this to sound like a slam, think this is more of a case where you're a newbie + your actual site design doesn't meet your intent. Put that same design layout into Comus or ST5 (to manage the thumb galleries), process the thumb clicks and toplist link click traffic through a trade script like TTT or ATL3 (so you have something to manage the traffic with and create toplists to attract new trades/traders), add a toplist to the index page, and I think that site would see quick growth.

you really need to implement a trade script properly. I see that you have some sort of script there, a trade traffic button but I do not know if it really is a trade script or not. All the thumbs there lead to galleries, you should apply some skimming there as well. Rhino said it right! You also NEED a toplist there based on a script. Few sites will trade with you if you do not have such a toplist! Hardlinks are great for search engines but not really for traffic trading! _________________ webmaster of:

A lot of very talented/experienced people read these forums, some post as well. Most will help a newbie - we were all newbies at one time. First site is the hardest, like anything it gets easier with experience. IMO You have a good site layout with real potential, just need the right tools to run it as a trade site.
Good news is the tools are available, but there is a learning curve. Both Comus and Smart-Thumbs gallery programs have super tech support, + user & support forums, as does Arrow Trader. Haven't used TTT personally but have heard all good things. Personally I'd probably suggest a combo of Comus/ATL3 just starting out, and they are both widely used and available at no cost (OK, no out of pocket $$ cost to you - you pay a small % of your traffic as a fee).
There's no instant out of the box turn-key solution, it takes both time and hard work. Running porn sites definitely isn't an easy way to make money... but you can still make a good return on investment if you treat it like a business. |

rhino said it very nicely here. We all need to learn and sharing different experiences is always useful. Nobody really knows everything about the industry and I have learnt that the best way to learn is try it all. Of course information needs to be held. There are a lot of places that offer articles, tutorials and different free scripts or cheap ones that can be used. Learning is the most important thing here. I am sure you will get the money you invested back if you stick to this. It is NOT easy as many individuals think but then again nothing is. What stands out for adult webmasters is that we can make a lot more money than in other domains. The learning curve as mentioned above is quite a hard one but not that difficult if there is enough motivation. If you like what you do it is even better. You sticked to the site, built it without knowing many things and now you ask for help. This is very good and there are many people that will help you. All in all if you grow your partners will as well. Minor knowledge in php and other languages is always good to have. Bigger knowledge is even better
You will succeed but you do have to keep on learning from mistakes, asking questions, staying informed, having a good relationship with trade partners is again important, you never know what can happen, your host might crash, you lose traffic, partners can help you get back. good luck with everything and keep your chin up whatever happens. You will definitely grow if you have a possitive attitude and will to learn! _________________ webmaster of:
