Thanks for the reference concerning copyrights. I will build the information concerning the copyrights immediately directly into the side.
If the pictures or videos are not older than 50 years (older than 50 years PD) or are freely available, I possess either the rights to resell or the permission of the author for advertising purposes to use.

Hi,
Not many porn pictures are copyright free. Just because an image is freely available on the internet does not mean it is not owned by someone.
Also alot of the old vintage porn is still copy protected. I know quite a few people who have been sued for using vintage pictures they do not own.
Just because a picture is 50 years old does not mean it free to use.

| Thanks you for your answer. I don’t know for which country you speak but into my country are pictures those older than 50 years are no longer author-protected. Free porno pictures I do not have up to now yet found however I thought perhaps find I times which and this therefore took up. At the moment I have the rights to 400 videos and about 50,000 pictures. |

I do not know what Country you are talking about, but you will get other webmasters in trouble for using that content.

I am not a big expert of copyright laws, but i noticed a few words:

No it does not mean copyright is absent.
It means copyright can be either owned by the photographer or the magazine, in most cases. Wikipedia does not know who owns the copyright. The first edition of playboy featured marlin monroe.

| I understand object, however there is more than 300 countries and everyone possesses its own laws. It is not possibly to know all laws in each country. I will make an appropriate note however with the rules. For all other zip I have the masters reseller rights |
