We are creating an escort directory site, selling advertising to escorts on our site. I also want to make money everywhere else on the site (ads, porn, conversion click thru everything).... So what is the proper legal way to go? Advertising Agency?
Im hoping to incorporate and sell just the advertising and also gain from comissions off of the affiliate programs. What else legally should i be aware of besides standard corporate record keeping, 18+ laws, and consent forms??? |

| Why not keep it simple? Get yourself a account at a paypal clone that accepts adult (forgot the name) and let the webmasters that want to advertise pay you directly via the paypal clone. If there isn't a webmaster advertising then just display a banner/ad of a sponsor. |

There is nothing wrong in making an escort related site.
I suggest you concentrate on marketing and promoting it rather than looking at legal option.
So many escort sites are running today, there is nothing wrong in it.
To overcome your fear, it is wise to consult a lawyer regarding running an adult site in your country.
