I have added <!--#include virtual="protectx.php"--> to my .html site and changed CHMOD to 777 on protectx.php but still nothing?

This worked on:

But on my main site
http://www.ogglist.com/ I get following error:

I noticed that!
There was some problem with my index file I had the rong chmod set, when I tried to change it I was not allowed???
I deleted the index file and uploaded it again... and the button appeared!!!
Just posted it incase some other having the same problem!
