Is there a way to bring up a list of the sites that are in the protect-x blacklist without checking domains separately?

I'd like to get a list of the sites in the blacklist so I can run through and add these to htaccess rules to block any possible future trades from these sites.

We have no feature like you're asking for. All the blacklists ("User's" and "System") are open for users. In the "Check trader" section you can search for separate traders or use the bulk check.
Adding all traders from our blacklists is not a good idea to my mind. Because trader that sent a bad traffic can add our button, clean his trade and start to send clean traffic. Our system blacklist is dynamic. Some traders enter it for a long time, some leave it shortly. Thus you need to check a trader only once - when he is a new for you. And if you'll ban all blacklisted traders, some day you can deny trade with totally clean trader only because he was in our BL once. And don't forget to look at the dates in Users blacklist (for the same reason).
