I use Smart Traffic Trader for my newest sites and lately cheaters have been signing up their sites somehow while I had the signup page set as closed. How are they doing this and how can I stop it?

How?
The cheater's autosignup script is bypassing your signup form and posting directly (same as you do when you add trades through your admin page).
Best way to stop it?
Depends on how much access you have to your server, and how hard you're getting hit by the cheaters. As a first step, try adding the IP(s) hosting the autosignup scripts to your blacklist.
