[XP]

I have a site with a domain that i do not like.
I can not change the domain since i will lose the PageRank (5).
I registered a new domain and have it to point to my old domain.
I did it from the registrar site (URL Forwarding - www.new-domain.com->www.old-domain.com).
(no cloaking)
My questions:
1)Will google see it as spam
2)If i have 100 sites linking to the new domain, will it be like they are pointing to the old domain(in PageRank terms)?
(When i surf to the new domain, it imidiatly redirected to the old domain and shows the old domain PageRank so i think google should regards these links as the are pointed to the old domain no?)
If the answer is no, then how can i make the links that pointed to the new domain to be considered as pointed to the old domain (the new domain has no web server - it is just a redirection)?
