How can you tell the difference between a good link exchange and a bad one?
I heard that the bad ones can ban you from the search engines.

Just examples ... and very basic ones.
Say you own a site that sells nothing but men's shoes.
Bad links would be something like ... links to women's lingerie, fishing tackle, real estate investment, and pizza delivery. You see? Nothing whatever to do with men's shoes.
Good links might to sites that sell shoe laces, offer shoe repair, sell socks, etc. |
