I try to find cheap and good hosting with static traffic , for thumbs ?
Please write here URL and your opinion if it good take thumbs from other server?

If your looking for starter hosting, I honestly can't complain about Dreamhost's shared hosting. If your new to the business, it's best to start on shared and learn as you go. I run 15 sites and they now offer over 4TB bandwidth on their Level 3 (Code Monster) plan and over 400Gb of space and the great thing is, it increases every week! Honestly, their downtime is minimal, however your mileage may vary - I just might be on a server that doesn't have idiots all over it.
