I just signed up to test this service on a site.. Somehow the site url got messed up so I tried to edit it. However there is no option to edit the site url. I tried to delete the site so I could redo it. Can't delete the site.
Tried to add it again but can't because the url is already in the database.
So my question is.. the TGP page url is http://mydoman.com/tgp/
however when I entered the url either I forgot the /tgp/ or it was edited out.
will protect x still work right if it's not showing the full url? |

yea that's the correct url but it seems to be counting hits reguardless.. so I guess everything is fine |

We can't do this because we count stat even for the domains that is not our members. They send a hits to our member and we analyze their traff and show traff quality. So if you'll delete the site from your account, it still be in our database if it send hits to registered members.

What if we're deleting the site all together. For example I have a multi-niche site that isn't doing the greatest. If I deleted that site from my host and made 5 or 6 different niche based sites with new URL's would the site that no longer exists still be a part of my profile?

Yes, this site will be a part of your profile.
If this site wouldn't exist, it wouldn't send any hits to others. Then it will become "Unverified" state. So it will not harm your reputation.

OK Gotcha, just to be difficult I'll present you with a different scenario  What if someone running several TGP's decided to sell one or two of them to a different person / company.... or they didn't re-register their domain name on time and someone stole that domain from them and just started running it to hell?

Deleting of the site is problematic. Site stats is connected with other sites and we can make it only manually. If somebody will not be able to add his site to Protect-X coz it registered to other user, we'll solve this problem individually. But from the moment of start the Protect-X System such situation had not happened.
